I just got the Insta360 X4, this is an unboxing of the extreme package, which includes an extra battery and the charging hub and a few other items. Just thought I would share exactly what comes in it.

508.1 last two sentences are misunderstood quite a bit. The main word is "OR" need to apply all three items you can pick and choose and or use a combination there of. Everyone thinks you have to apply 508 dot four and you do not only if you need it or if it's an advantage

Watch this video. You can see it track me all I’m using is my phone just watch it. I go around the tree and it tries to pass the tree on its right and then it finally flies over it it loses me when it starts facing the sunlight he gives me a warning on my phone. Sorry, forgot to upload as 4k.

Just installed 12 flow frame 2. This actually is the next morning after install. This video is after the girls started flying fairly well. It was about 70°. When I was doing this video. Delta sent a part and it fixed it. see below for more Delta did send a part to fix it. Dripping, not shutting off after only 6 months. Lets hope Delta will help fix this.

I don't know where you could buy them yet. I have not used mine in a while. I've bought a more commercial drone and I know I have two or three batteries. I'm more than happy to try to figure out how to sell them. I'm sure others would do the same. I just need to find mine now

Both IBC and NFPA virtually have the same requirements so that's why I did not quote what section and what code. Chapter 10 of IBC and chapter 7 of NFPA these requirements that I speak up here have been in place since virtually kingdom come

Thank for explaining! The 2021 IBC section 1005.7.1 has an exception to void 7". It mentioned "surface-mounted latch release hardware". I searched Internet but can't find a good definition about how this type of hardware works. Do you have any input on this? Thank you,

Are we allowed to account for walking up or down stairs within that 75' travel path? Or, is it that each floor is evaluated separately? Would the absence of any fire separation, or fire doors make the difference? If occupancy class changes from one floor to the next, I'd expect that to be the case anyhow.
Certainly sorry for the late reply IBC chapter 10 covers travel distance. If it's only a two-story building, you potentially can use the stairs as part of your exit access path and all depends on the building and travel distances. NFPA does not permit that.

Marty, I wish you can open a new series just for I-2 occupancy including types of departments and their requirements. How to determine required nurse station SQF per staff ratio; nurse station line of sight requirment; visual requirement for patient care space; types of Emergence services; when a private patient toilet is required to have; how to determine the required number of outlets for med gas/oxgyen/vaccum; etc.
Oh, that's a medical planner that's not Marty :-) I've got some great coworkers I've worked with in the past, but that's what they would do the medical gases. Yes, but the patient to staff ratio no the line of sight yes, but mostly medical planner. Thank you for the compliment, though.

How does one handle the height requirements when in a warehouse area? We had a hardware store built, in my response area, and in the stock room, the strobes were all mounted 80" but the ceilings were well above that. We instructed the shelving installation crew to leave "pockets" in front of the strobes in order to keep the strobes from being blocked, however, once the merchandise was all in place, the strobes are still blocked from the side view. It would make sense to move the strobes higher than the merchandise, but that would take them above the 96" mark.

Thank you for the video! I have a question that I hope you can answer: when is ADA stair required in a building? An ADA stair requires a minimum of 48" between the handrails, but IBC only requires 44" including the handrails and 36" for occ. load less than 50. This would make a big difference to the design. To make it more confusing, I can't find clear width requirement for stairs in ICC A117.1. So where is the 48" requirement coming from?

Also a few more parameters about how many square feet per floor is the building fully sprinkled are not what year IBC are you needing a follow, generally what is the occupancy type of the building
@@MartyHuieMy project is in WA. This is a small commercial project, about 4500sf per floor. It needs to be spinklered per code. The occ. type is Business.
@@darrenchang2907 I'm not sure I understand, if it has business occupancy unsprinklered you could build 9000 ft.² per floor yet if it is sprinkled each floor could be 27,000 ft.² per table 506.2 the 2021 IBC I believe it's similar to all of the versions. Yeah if you're sprinkling the building the exception say you don't have to have the 48 inches between handrails for the building code but you quoted ADA. ADA doesn't have that requirement I'm trying to understand where you're getting your information. Careful, the accessible requirements in the building code or not the ADA requirements they are totally different where a building official may be able to waive an accessible requirement in the building code they cannot ever wave and ADA requirement, and don't let anybody ever tell you otherwise. Being sad all the above, there may be other reasons you are needing to do some of what you're suggesting yet I am not finding it
@@MartyHuie OK, let me start over. My question comes to this: I have a 3-story commercial building in WA. Each floor has an occ type of Business and each has 4500sf. The occ. load is therefore 30 people per floor. I only need one egress stair in this case b/c my occ load is less than 50. What is the stair width? In IBC the minimum width is 36" if the occ < 50. Can I use 36" stairs? Does ADA play a role on this issue?

No, I don’t think it’s worth $400 yes others cost more it’s flight time is probably 15 maybe 20 minutes OK to navigate little disappointed I do like the fact that has a cage around it
